Use of the CGER website is subject to all applicable state and federal laws, as well as general CGER policies. It is CGER’s usual practice not to share any personal information with those outside CGER.

We have implemented security policies, rules and technical measures to protect the personal data that we have under our control that complies fully with data privacy & protection legislation appropriate to the jurisdiction applicable to the site. The security measures are designed to prevent unauthorized access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorized modification & unlawful destruction or accidental loss.

At present we do not give visitors to our website the option of using a secure transmission method to send us their personal data

CGER is committed to complying fully with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. Accordingly, if a user of the CGER website is under the age of thirteen, such user is not authorized to provide CGER with personally identifying information, and CGER will not use any such information in its database or other data collection activities. CGER appreciates cooperation with this federally mandated requirement.
